Refund, withdrawal and cancellation policy · version 2026-10-01 · Last updated 2 October 2026

MakeRoll is operated by Autom8 LLC. Seller: Autom8 LLC, represented by Michael Lip. Address: Davtashen, Pirumyan Street, Building 4/3, Apt. 12, Yerevan 0054, Armenia. Contact: hello@makeroll.com. We reply within two business days, Monday to Friday. Version 2026-10-01, part of terms version 2026-10-01. Effective on publication.

MakeRoll sells two things. Weekly membership is USD $9.99 charged today and every 7 days until you cancel. Lifetime is USD $199 once, with no renewal, and it buys two parts: a licence to the UGC pipeline kit and the core membership service. Checkout lists them as two items with their own prices, the kit licence at $149 and the lifetime membership at $50, and you pay $199 in one payment. Tax included where applicable. Both are delivered within seconds of payment, and the kit can't be handed back once it reaches you. This policy explains what that means for refunds, what it doesn't mean, and what you get instead. It's long because it's complete, and it says no in more places than it says yes. If something you bought doesn't work, start with section 7.

These rules apply to purchases whose checkout recorded terms version 2026-10-01. A purchase made under an earlier version keeps the rules shown at its checkout (section 19).

2. Summary

2.1 Everything MakeRoll sells is delivered as soon as payment is verified. The room opens at once, and for Lifetime the bot sends your member key within seconds. With that key the kit downloads in full. A download can't be handed back, and nobody can check that a copy was deleted.

2.2 The kit is final once supplied. Before you pay, Checkout asks you to request immediate supply and to accept that you lose your right of withdrawal for the kit once it is supplied (section 5). The exceptions are your statutory rights in section 7, which this policy never limits.

2.3 The core membership service and weekly membership are services. Inside 14 days of payment you can withdraw and get back the unused part, worked out by the formulas in section 5. Outside those 14 days, a paid period isn't refunded, in whole or in part, except under sections 7 and 9.

2.4 Instead of a refund window, every Lifetime buyer gets 90 days of written setup help to get the kit running on a supported system (section 8). There are no goodwill refunds, no refunds for unused time outside section 5, and no exception for forgetting to cancel.

3. What each purchase delivers, and when

3.1 Weekly. The first $9.99 is charged when you finish Checkout, then every 7 days until you cancel. When the bot has verified payment, it sends your personal invitation to the private room. You get the current brief, the archive, the build discussion and eligibility for live critique for as long as you stay entitled. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access continues to the end of the week already paid.

3.2 Lifetime, the core membership service. You get the same room, briefs, critique eligibility, replays and archive for the lifetime of the core service, with a 24-month minimum commitment. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The Terms (section 5) set out exactly what "lifetime" means.

3.3 Lifetime, the kit licence. Seconds after payment the bot sends your member key, a one-line instruction for your AI agent, the installer command, and one document, the core kit zip. With the key, the installer at makeroll.com/ugc-pipeline/ downloads the rest of the kit. The kit runs on your own computer, and AI generation is paid from your own treg.to account, not by MakeRoll. The licence terms are at makeroll.com/ugc-pipeline/licence/.

3.4 Two items, two prices. Lifetime Checkout lists two items, each with its own price: the MakeRoll UGC pipeline kit licence at $149 and the MakeRoll lifetime membership at $50. You pay them together, $199 in one payment, and your Stripe receipt lists both. A refund for either part is worked out from that part's own price, as section 5 sets out.

3.5 Supply happens at once and can't be reversed. When the member key has reached you, the kit is yours to download, and every price here assumes that this transfer is final. Revoking the key afterwards doesn't recover the files or the methods in them.

4. Why supplying the kit ends the refund question for the kit

4.1 A physical product can be posted back. A kit of code, prompts and starter files can't. A refund after supply would return the money and leave the kit with the buyer. That isn't a refund, it's a free copy.

4.2 That's why the kit share of the price, $149, is final once the kit is supplied, and why Checkout asks for your consent to that before you pay. The membership service is different. It runs over time, so if you withdraw inside 14 days you pay only for the time already used.

5. Withdrawal and the consent given at checkout

5.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union or Norway, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content such as the kit, that right ends once supply begins with your express prior request and your acknowledgement that you lose the right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161). For a service that you ask us to start at once, you can still withdraw within the 14 days, and you pay for the part already provided. MakeRoll applies the rules in this section to every buyer, wherever you live.

5.2 The checkout consent. Before payment, Stripe Checkout shows a box you must tick. It reads, for Lifetime:

I agree to the Terms and Refund policy. I ask MakeRoll to start my membership and to supply the UGC pipeline kit immediately after payment. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal for the kit once it is supplied, which happens seconds after payment. If I withdraw within 14 days of payment, I get back the unused part of the $50 membership service share, pro rata over 730 days (the full $199 if the kit was not yet supplied).

and for Weekly:

I agree to the Terms and Refund policy. I ask MakeRoll to start my membership immediately. I understand that if I withdraw within 14 days of my first weekly payment I get back only the unused days of the current week, pro rata, and that paid weeks are otherwise not refunded.

For Lifetime, Checkout also asks for the kit as a separate step: a required field labelled "Pipeline kit delivery" with one choice, which you must select. It reads:

Deliver now. I lose the 14-day withdrawal right for the kit once it is delivered.

That choice is your express request for immediate supply of the kit and your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right for the kit once it is delivered. If Checkout didn't record it, we don't supply the kit: your membership starts, the kit is held, and you can still withdraw from the whole $199 within 14 days.

In Checkout the words "Terms" and "Refund policy" link to the Terms and to this page. Checkout doesn't go ahead without the tick. Stripe records the acceptance against your order with its time, and the bot then sends you a written record of the consent with the time it was recorded and the terms version. If you don't want to give this consent, don't complete the purchase. Lifetime can't be supplied on any other basis.

5.3 Lifetime, before the kit is supplied. If you withdraw within 14 days of payment and the bot hasn't yet delivered your member key, you get the whole $199 back. In practice supply follows payment within seconds, so this applies only when delivery failed.

5.4 Lifetime, after the kit is supplied, within 14 days of payment. Withdrawal refunds the unused part of the $50 service share, pro rata over 730 days: refund in cents = floor(5000 x max(0, 730 - d) / 730), where d is the number of whole days (24-hour periods) since your payment. The $149 kit licence isn't refunded and doesn't end: only the membership is withdrawn. Your room access ends, and your kit licence and member key stay valid.

When you withdrawdRefund
Within 24 hours of payment0$50.00
After 3 whole days3$49.79
After 13 whole days13$49.10
At the 14-day limit14$49.04

5.5 Weekly, within 14 days of your first weekly payment. Withdrawal refunds the unused part of the current paid week, worked out to the second and rounded down to the cent: refund in cents = floor(999 x unused seconds / 604800). For example, 3 unused days refund $4.28. Weeks already finished aren't refunded. Access and renewal end at once.

5.6 Where you keep the full withdrawal right. The kit exception is narrow. If you are a consumer in the EU or Norway, you keep the right to withdraw from the kit purchase within 14 days, with no deduction for the kit, where any of these is true. Your checkout didn't ask for the consent in 5.2 before payment. You didn't receive the written record of it in Telegram. The kit hadn't been supplied when you withdrew.

5.7 How to withdraw. Use any of these:

No form of words is needed and no reason has to be given. The page and the command are available throughout the 14 days. We confirm straight away, by email or bot message, with the date and time we received your request. A request sent within the time limit counts, even if we process it later.

5.8 What ends on withdrawal. Room access and any renewal stop at once. For Lifetime withdrawn after the kit was supplied, only the membership ends: your kit licence and member key stay valid, because the kit was bought as its own item and can't be withdrawn once supplied. For Lifetime withdrawn before supply, the whole purchase ends and no kit is supplied. Videos you made before the withdrawal stay yours. A separate purchase you keep, such as Lifetime after withdrawing from Weekly, isn't affected.

5.9 The withdrawal right attaches to each purchase, and it's a right to change your mind. It isn't a way to rent the kit. Section 13 covers what happens when it's used that way.

6. Cancelling future weekly charges

Send /manage to the MakeRoll bot, open the Stripe billing portal and cancel. You can do this online at any time, without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid 7-day period. Access continues until then, and no new weekly charge is taken.

A cancellation isn't a refund request, and a refund request isn't a cancellation. If you want both, say so, and we will confirm both outcomes in writing. Lifetime membership has no recurring charge to cancel.

If you are still on the weekly membership after 12 months, we send you an annual reminder of the price, how often you are charged and how to cancel. If we change the weekly price for future periods, we tell you 7 to 30 days before the change applies.

7. Statutory rights, which this policy never limits

7.1 If the kit doesn't work as described on a supported system, the law gives you a ladder of remedies, and we follow it in order. A fix comes first. Report it under section 8 and we fix it. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, or the fix fails, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction. If the defect is material and can't be fixed, you can end the kit contract and get the $149 kit share back, and where the law lets you end the whole Lifetime contract because of it, the unused part of the $50 service share as well.

7.2 If nothing was delivered, ask under section 11 and we deliver it. If it still isn't delivered promptly after you ask, you can end the contract and get your payment back in full.

7.3 If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a charge wasn't made by you, section 12 applies and the money comes back.

7.4 A defect isn't a change of mind. "It doesn't work" is a repair request and we treat it seriously. "I don't want it any more" is a change of mind. After the kit is supplied, that is covered by section 5 where it still applies, and by nothing at all where it doesn't.

7.5 Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence always take precedence over this policy. Where they give you more than this policy does, they apply.

8. The 90-day support commitment

8.1 A refund window mostly protects a buyer who can't get help. We offer the help directly instead. For 90 days after a Lifetime payment, email support@makeroll.com and you get written setup help, from a person, to get the kit running on a supported system.

8.2 Anything that doesn't work as described gets fixed, or you're told plainly that it won't be. If a real defect can't be fixed, section 7 applies.

8.3 It's a commitment to effort and honesty, not a promise of a particular result. It doesn't extend or bring back a withdrawal right, and it doesn't turn a change of mind into a defect. Setup on a system that isn't supported, such as Windows or WSL2, is best effort only.

9. Lifetime after the first 14 days

None of these refunds touches the $149 kit share, and a closure refund doesn't end your kit licence.

10. What isn't a defect

These requests often arrive dressed as fault reports. None of them is one, and none of them leads to a refund.

10.1 A video you don't like, or one that scores under 95. Output comes from AI models working on your script and settings. The kit's score gate is the kit working as described. A low score is a reason to change an input and run again.

10.2 What you spend at treg.to. AI generation is billed to your own treg.to account at treg's prices, which can change. MakeRoll doesn't charge for those calls and doesn't refund them. The free dry run shows the estimate first. If a defect in the kit itself makes it spend money it shouldn't have, that is a defect, and section 7 applies.

10.3 A system that isn't supported. Windows, WSL2, macOS older than 13, and Linux until it's verified are outside the description.

10.4 A model or provider change or outage. treg.to and the AI providers change and sometimes fail. We update the kit where we reasonably can. A change that stops the kit doing what the setup guide says is a defect. One that doesn't, isn't.

10.5 What your own AI agent does. The kit's agent instructions tell an agent to show you the estimate and ask before any paid run. An agent you run acts for you, and what it runs is yours.

10.6 Not using what you bought, buying the wrong plan, or forgetting that Weekly renews. Checkout and the Stripe receipt both say Weekly renews every 7 days. A renewal you forgot about isn't refunded.

11. Countries, admission and failed renewals

Countries. We sell in the 27 EU member states, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan. We do not sell to residents of the United Kingdom or any other country. Both the country of your billing address and the country that issued your card must be on this list. If either is outside it, or missing, we refund the payment in full automatically and do not admit you. Any member key issued for that payment is revoked.

Paid but not admitted. The invitation is sent automatically, normally within 15 minutes of verified payment. If you have no invitation 1 hour after paying, send /status to the bot or email us. We restore access within 2 business days and add the lost days to your membership free. If you prefer, we refund that payment in full instead, except that for Lifetime with the kit already supplied we refund the $50 service share in full.

Lost the key or the files. Send /pipeline to the bot. It shows your key status and how to connect, and /pipeline newkey replaces a lost key. Re-delivery is free while your Lifetime membership is active. A lost download is a delivery question, not a refund question.

Pending payments. Pending or failed payments don't create a membership. A Stripe success page on its own isn't proof of payment, so we check the payment with Stripe.

Failed renewals. If a weekly renewal fails, access continues for 48 hours after your paid-through time while you update your card. If the payment is still unpaid, we remove access at our next staffed check, and never later than 60 hours after your paid-through time. We then cancel the subscription and stop collecting the failed payment. You are never charged later for time without access.

12. Duplicates and unauthorised charges

12.1 If a technical fault charges you twice for the same purchase, the duplicate is refunded in full. That's a billing correction, not a refund of the product.

12.2 If a charge on your statement wasn't made by you, email hello@makeroll.com before you contact your bank. A charge confirmed as unauthorised is refunded, the membership it created is ended and any member key is revoked.

13. Use followed by a refund request

13.1 The most common refund request isn't about a fault. It comes from someone who got the kit and would now like it to have been free. The records in section 17 decide each case.

13.2 After the kit is supplied, a request for the $149 kit share is a change of mind and is declined, whatever the reason given, unless section 7 applies.

13.3 A withdrawal sent inside 14 days is always honoured under section 5, at the amount section 5 gives.

13.4 The second time the same Telegram account, email or card buys, withdraws and buys again, we treat it as abuse. Any refund the law requires is still paid, and further purchases are refused.

13.5 A refund request that comes with a threat attached, such as a chargeback, a review or a public post, is answered on the records and nothing else.

13.6 The 90-day commitment in section 8 is a commitment to fix things, and refusing the fix doesn't turn it into a refund. If we send steps to reproduce or fix a fault and they aren't tried, or the details we ask for don't arrive, the report waits for you.

14. Chargebacks

14.1 If something is wrong, write to us first. We resolve it faster than a bank can.

14.2 When a payment is disputed, the member key for that purchase is revoked at once and access linked to the payment ends while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided against us or the payment is returned to you through it, access and the kit licence end for good. If it's decided for us, we restore access and issue a new key on request.

14.3 The evidence we send to the card network includes the Stripe payment record and receipt, the consent recorded at checkout with its time and terms version, the time the member key was delivered, the kit download record, and the full support correspondence.

15. Sharing, resale and abuse

15.1 A member key, the kit and room access are personal to one person and one Telegram account. Sharing a key, publishing or reselling the kit, or letting other people run the pipeline breaks the licence. We revoke the key and end the licence without a refund.

15.2 Key use is logged to deliver the kit and to enforce the download limit. A pattern that doesn't fit one person is investigated.

16. How a refund is paid, when one is due

16.1 To the card you paid with. No credit, no voucher, and no refund to a different card or account.

16.2 In US dollars, at the amount you paid. A bank's currency conversion or foreign transaction fee is between you and your bank.

16.3 Within 14 days of your request, to the card you paid with. We tell you when the refund has been submitted. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days; a refund issued soon after the payment may instead appear as a reversal of the original charge.

16.4 When a Lifetime payment is refunded in full, or any part of the $149 kit licence is refunded, the kit licence ends and your member keys are revoked: stop using the kit and delete every copy, backups and changed versions included, within 14 days. A membership withdrawal under 5.4 and a closure refund don't end the kit licence. Keeping the money and the kit isn't a refund.

17. Records kept about your purchase

RecordWhat it holds
OrderOffer, amount, currency, Stripe references and your Telegram account.
ConsentThat the checkout consent in section 5 was given, when, and the terms version.
SupplyWhen the bot delivered your member key and invitation.
Kit accessA hash of each member key (never the key itself), when it was issued, last used and revoked, and each kit file downloaded with its time.
Membership eventsEach charge, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, refund and dispute.
SupportAll support correspondence.

Card details never reach us. Stripe handles the card. How long we keep these records is in the Privacy notice.

18. Time limits

18.1 A withdrawal under section 5 must be sent within 14 days of the payment time on your receipt. One sent later is a change of mind.

18.2 Report a kit fault as soon as you notice it, and within the 90 days of section 8 if you can. Reporting later doesn't remove a statutory right, but the time for a fix runs from your report.

19. Changes to this policy, and earlier purchases

19.1 This policy may be revised. The version and date at the top record the last revision. A revision never removes a statutory right, and the checkout consent in section 5 covers only purchases where it was actually collected.

19.2 Each purchase keeps the terms version recorded at its checkout. Purchases made under terms version 2026-09-23 or earlier keep the refund and withdrawal rules shown at their checkout in full, and nothing on this page reduces them. Ask hello@makeroll.com for a copy of that version.

20. Governing law and who you contract with

20.1 This policy is part of the MakeRoll Terms, which are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. You contract with Autom8 LLC.

20.2 If you are a consumer, that choice doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Where those rules give you more than this policy, they apply.

20.3 Where this policy and the Terms differ on refunds, this policy governs.

Contact

hello@makeroll.com for withdrawals, refunds and complaints, and support@makeroll.com for setup help. We reply within two business days, Monday to Friday. Postal address: Autom8 LLC, Davtashen, Pirumyan Street, Building 4/3, Apt. 12, Yerevan 0054, Armenia.

Faults get fixed. Your statutory rights are untouched by anything on this page. 90 days of written setup help, from a person, take the place of a refund window for the kit. Consent to immediate supply is asked for at checkout and confirmed in writing, never assumed from a page you didn't read.
