Version 2026-10-01, recorded at checkout as terms version 2026-10-01. Effective on publication. These terms apply to purchases whose checkout recorded terms version 2026-10-01. A purchase made under an earlier version keeps the terms shown at its checkout (section 13).
MakeRoll is for individuals aged 18 or over in a country where we currently sell: the 27 EU member states, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan. We do not currently sell to residents of the United Kingdom or of any country not on this list.
Checkout asks for your billing address. Both the country of your billing address and the country that issued your card must be on this list. If either is outside it, or missing, we refund the payment in full automatically and do not admit you, and the bot tells you so.
Weekly membership: USD $9.99 charged today and every 7 days until you cancel. It is a weekly subscription, not a monthly charge. Your price stays at $9.99 for as long as your membership continues without a break. If you cancel and rejoin later, the offer current at that time applies.
Lifetime membership: USD $199 once. There is no renewal charge. The price buys two parts: a licence to the MakeRoll UGC pipeline kit, which is $149 of the price, and the core membership service, which is $50 of the price. What each part covers is set out in sections 5 and 5a. Checkout lists the two parts as separate items with their own prices, the MakeRoll UGC pipeline kit licence at $149 and the MakeRoll lifetime membership at $50, paid together in one payment of $199, and your Stripe receipt lists both. A refund for either part is worked out from that part's own price (section 7).
Tax included where applicable. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay. Your bank may add its own foreign-currency or cross-border fees; MakeRoll does not receive them. Third-party AI tools, generation credits, software and other production costs are separate, and you pay them yourself. That includes the treg.to account the kit uses.
Membership gives one Telegram account access to the private MakeRoll build room and its archive while you are entitled. All times are Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh time (UTC+7), with UTC in brackets.

How the live critique works. Six rotating hot seats of up to 8 minutes each are selected from the week's submissions (fewer if fewer members submit). The remaining time is for framing and questions. Selection rotates towards members who have not recently been featured. No individual live slot is guaranteed in any week. You can submit work for written feedback without appearing live.
A finished video is a goal we support, and it depends on your own participation. It is not a guaranteed outcome. Examples we teach are educational. They are not promises of earnings, views, commercial safety or production results.
ugc command, scripts, prompts, settings, starter files, documentation and updates. The kit isn't part of the core service, so changes to the kit never count as a reduction of the core service under section 5. The licence terms are at makeroll.com/ugc-pipeline/licence/ and ship with the kit as LICENSE.md. Where the licence and these terms differ, these terms win./pipeline in the bot shows your key status, and /pipeline newkey replaces a lost key. A key works while your kit licence is in force. It is revoked on a full refund, a refund of the kit licence, a card dispute or a breach of the licence. A withdrawal from the membership after the kit was supplied doesn't revoke it.Admission time. The invitation is sent automatically, normally within 15 minutes of verified payment. If you have paid and have no invitation after 1 hour, send /status to the bot or email hello@makeroll.com. We will restore access within 2 business days and add the lost days to your membership free of charge. If you prefer, we will instead refund that payment in full, except that for Lifetime with the kit already supplied we refund the $50 service share in full.
Joining midweek. You can use the current brief and the archive as soon as you are admitted. Your billing period starts when you pay. If the week's live session has already passed, the replay is available, and the next live session is the following Thursday.
Withdrawal right. You have 14 days from your payment to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. At checkout you ask us to start immediately. For Lifetime you also ask us to supply the kit immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the kit once it is supplied, which happens seconds after payment. The bot then sends you a written record of that consent with the time it was recorded, and Stripe sends you a receipt. The refund policy quotes the consent wording in full.
What a withdrawal within 14 days of payment refunds:
After 14 days. Paid weekly periods and the kit share are not refunded. The service share is refunded only under section 5 (closure or a materially negative change) or section 11 (removal). Your statutory rights are never limited (section 12).
How to withdraw. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" page at makeroll.com/withdraw/, send /withdraw to the MakeRoll bot (it shows the refund due and asks you to confirm with /withdraw confirm), or email hello@makeroll.com with your receipt or the Telegram account you used. The page and the command are available throughout the 14 days. We confirm receipt straight away, by email or bot message, with the date and time. A request sent within the time limit counts, even if we process it later.
When refunds are paid. Within 14 days of your request, to the card you paid with.
The refund policy is part of these terms. Any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded always apply.
Send /manage to the MakeRoll bot to open the Stripe billing portal, then cancel. You can cancel online at any time without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid 7-day period. Your access continues until then, and no further weekly charge is taken. Lifetime membership has no recurring charge to cancel.
If you are still on the weekly membership after 12 months, we send you an annual reminder of the price, how often you are charged and how to cancel. If we ever change the weekly price for future periods, we tell you 7 to 30 days before the change applies, so you can cancel first.
If a weekly renewal payment fails, we notify you and send a link to update your card. Access continues for 48 hours after your paid-through time. If the payment is still unpaid after that, we remove access at our next staffed check, and never later than 60 hours after your paid-through time.
At removal we cancel the subscription and stop collecting the failed payment. You are never charged later for a period in which you had no access. If the payment succeeds before removal, your membership continues. You can rejoin at any time as a new purchase.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and as described in these terms. We supply the kit as described on makeroll.com/ugc-pipeline/ and in its README, including the system requirements. If we fail to deliver something we promised, or the kit doesn't work as described on a supported system, tell us, and we will correct it, or give a fair price reduction or refund under the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms for the valid reasons in section 5. We will tell you in advance, by bot message or email, of any change that affects you. Changes do not apply to periods you have already paid for without your agreement. Each purchase keeps the terms version recorded at its checkout: purchases made under terms version 2026-09-23 keep the refund and withdrawal rules shown at their checkout in full. For each purchase we record the terms version you accepted, the time, the offer chosen, the Stripe Checkout reference and your Telegram user ID. We never show payment details in the group.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
